This is where it all began. In 1927, Jean Carette opened his tea room on the majestic Place du Trocadéro, between avenue Poincaré and avenue Kléber. Facing the Eiffel Tower, it soon became an essential meeting place for elegant Parisians and visitors from around the world.
With its gilded mirrors, chandeliers and refined furnishings, the Trocadéro tea room embodies the Parisian art of living in all its splendour. The terrace offers sweeping views of the Trocadéro gardens and the Eiffel Tower, creating a unique setting in which to savour our pastries and our famous macarons.
